Peer Support Software

Online Listener is a confidential service which facilitates communication between students, and trained Peer Listeners, within a school.

The software provides students with an anonymous contact facility, to members of the Peer Support group or pastoral care team within their school. Peer supporters within the school reply to conversations using an intuative web interface. Staff can easily manage peer supporters on the system and provide support for the listeners, using this invaluable resource.
